Zervex is an industrial building, so the studio is on the fourth floor rather than at street level. Take the lift to level four and look for unit 04‑32.
Visits are by appointment. Message ahead rather than walking in, so Cong is not mid session when you arrive.
The Piece Is Half His Work and Half Yours.

The First Days
Keep the wrap on as long as Cong tells you to, then wash gently with clean hands and unscented soap. Pat dry, never rub.

Moisturise Thinly
A thin layer of the aftercare product he gives you. Too much traps moisture and can lift colour out of a fresh piece.

No Sun, No Soaking
No pools, no sea, no long baths and no direct sun while it heals. Sun is what dulls colour work faster than anything else, for life, not just while healing.

Do Not Pick
It will flake and it will itch. Picking pulls pigment with it, and that is what creates patchy healing on large colour pieces.
Cong walks through aftercare at the end of every session. If something looks wrong while it heals, message the studio with a photo.
How Sessions Run.
How long is one session?
Large colour work runs in long sittings with breaks. Cong sets the length at consultation based on the piece and on how you handle the first one.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. The studio tattoos adults only. Bring photo identification to your first appointment.
What should I do before a session?
Eat properly, sleep, and skip alcohol the night before. Wear something that gives easy access to the area without you having to hold it out of the way for hours.
Do you use new needles every time?
Single use needles and cartridges, opened in front of you, disposed of after. Everything that touches skin is either single use or properly sterilised between clients.
Can I see the design before we start?
Yes. Drawing begins once the date is fixed, and Cong walks you through the composition before any stencil goes on.
